No Returns or Exchanges

At Aurraa Designer, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered. All sales are final.

We request all customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and images before placing an order.

Damage Claims Only

We accept claims only in the case of damaged or defective products received. If you receive a damaged item, we will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). No cash refunds will be issued.

How to Report Damage

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Conditions for Damage Claim

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Valid proof (photos/video) of damage must be provided

  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered
  • Colour variation due to screen/monitor settings
  • Minor fabric or texture differences
  • Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery
